Lawrence A (“Larry”) Cenotto is a Fort Worth area World Traveler, with visits to over 158 countries. He is a former NCAA Division III All-American Quarterback. Also an award-winning sales rep, Civil War Buff, history junkie, freelance writer, speaker & raconteur, plus wine and seafood aficionado (particularly paella and cioppino). Chilean Sea Bass in turn trumps both those specialties.
The Masai Tribe of Kenya call him an “Olkirokoi,” meaning: “Doesn’t own any cattle, wanders too much, and doesn’t stay home and take care of business!”
The Creator played goalie for many yeas for a Seattle area recreational soccer team, samples red wine (“quality control tester’), attends movie screenings and theatre offerings religiously, and golfs badly. He has also been a color commentator for local sports on Comcast TV.
Cenotto has authored a screenplay entitled ‘Gettysburg’ and invented a mountain climbing board game called ‘Summit Everest! Conquer The Death Zone!’ and an art display called Kaleid-A-Forms Squares & Cubes Art Display. When not writing or quaffing fermented grapes he spends much of his waking hours reading ‘How To’ books, personal improvement manuals, leadership biographies, history, and scouting information sources for his next epic journey.
Lawrence Cenotto has authored 4 books, including 3 under the ‘Tue North’ Title about World Travel. However, our scribe claims he originally penned ‘Great Expectations’ and lost it to Charles Dickens in a past-life card shark “double or nothing” shakedown. Then ‘War And Peace’ to Leo Tolstoy in a blackmail scheme related to sinuous women at the Russian Imperial Court. And then ‘The Sun Also Rises’ to Ernest Hemingway in a 36-hour drinking duel.
